By accessing or using redraf ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") at redraf.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of the Service

redraf is a professional platform that connects freelancers and clients. It includes tools for project management, kanban boards, vacancy postings, messaging, and professional networking.

3. User Accounts

To access most features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post on the Platform (profile information, project details, messages, etc.). By posting content, you grant redraf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Platform.

You agree not to post content that is: illegal, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, infringing on third-party intellectual property rights, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) without prior written consent.
• Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform.

6. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services including Supabase (database), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google AdSense. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artem Chikishev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
